After collecting a few hundred gallons of chicken shit to help someone with their garden, we came across this poor fellow in the middle of a highway. So, what else to do other than put the skunk in the car with us so as to use its unfortunate demise to kick start a compost pile which will later serve as added soil for a secondary garden. This compost pile is composed of, from the ground up, leaves, newspaper, food waste, 1 dead skunk, chicken shit, another layer of food waste, and leaves. A healthy human's urine is added to speed the process along... Ever try driving in a car with hundreds of gallons of chicken shit and a dead skunk?
